Cons
Getting past the discomfort of cold calls is something you have to do but that’s basically any sales job. At the end of the day, helping these businesses is very rewarding for all parties.

Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.
Cons
Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
