      Pros

      The freedom and opportunity The people you work with in the company The people you work with in the community 100% commission + bonuses Residual income

      Cons

      I don't have any. I do want to point out that there is not an option in this review for a 100% commission so I had to put $1 in the salary area in order to progress to the next questions. The pay is so much more than that if you're handling your business, taking care of your clients, and truly enjoy helping your community and being active in it!

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
