Pros

The staff relationships you build.

Cons

The PTO is not good. The pay is WAY below what it should be. The culture is subpar. Upper management only cares about themselves. Growth is impossible, you have to suck up or know someone to have upward mobility.

Pros

The patient population was a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Chronic lack of communication and follow-through from direct supervision, with important emails often ignored. • Repeatedly placed in ethically and legally uncomfortable prescribing situations without adequate support or supervision. • Leadership failed to staff key clinics appropriately, despite repeated concerns raised and viable candidate referrals submitted. • Training was disorganized and misaligned with role expectations—was trained by psych providers despite being hired for MAT. • Payroll issues were frequent and unresolved, with paychecks often arriving extremely late. • Remote role was terminated early without warning or effort to assess performance or provide feedback—despite prior commitments to make the position work. • Poor treatment of a colleague during the hiring process, ultimately resulting in them withdrawing interest due to unprofessional delays and lack of communication. • Company laptop return process was initially mishandled, raising concerns about professionalism and potential retaliation after negative exit feedback. • High turnover among providers, which directly impacts continuity of care and patient trust.
