Pros
Periscope has been a great employer over the years. Supportive and approachable leadership; great benefit offerings (PAID medical/dental/life insurance premiums- unheard of!, 401(k) match-50% of first 6%, annual bonus program, FREE PARKING). With the new CEO Liz on board, it's been a change, but a refreshing one! Very excited to see our company grow and evolve.
Cons
Like any other agency, or company this size, there's bound to be communication issues. The recent appointment of Group CD's, PM's & AD's is taking some getting used to, but I know with time and practice, communicating information will become stronger and more efficient.
