Pros
Free parking downtown, 100% covered health insurance for employees, incredibly smart and talented employees. There's so much turnover that there IS opportunity for upward mobility if you're willing to get promoted and continue to work ridiculous hours.
Cons
Not a collaborative environment. Management is out of touch and promotes a competitive environment instead of a collaborative one. Everyone is out for themselves.
