None, Even if went as fresher. If you wish to be a designer or want to be better and have life goals, do not go there. Company belongs to lazy, comfort liking people, who wish to grow doing absolutely nothing.
Cons
Low salary, negative vibes, not a design office but KPO, Top management is not literate enough to even guide. US office is not aware about the office employees condition so don't expect any help.
