Pros
I've worked at Periscope nearly a year now and it is one of the best places I've worked. Mission is to "do things people love" and we live it. I feel like I have the ear of upper management when I need them, the teams I work with are extremely collaborative and the skill sets of the people here are so amazing. I'm learning a ton and see only opportunity on the horizon.
Cons
The EC is still new and evolving, but so far all of the changes and evolutions are for the better. And I feel like I can actually be part of the change.
