Pros
Some of the best and brightest creative and strategy minds in town. Super strong and (relatively) diverse creative leadership. Huge push to elevate creative from highest levels of the organization. Potential upsides of acquisition could increase resources and opportunities.
Cons
Lots of unknown variables and some trepidation about the future of the agency as it transitions from being one of the biggest (and arguably coolest) independent shops in town to being owned by a massive national print company.
