Pros
Wonderful health care that you pay $0 for, which is unheard of. Dogs are allowed at the office. They do invest in corporate culture. Talented employees in almost every facet of advertising.
Cons
The leadership team is totally inaccessible. There is almost no corporate communication - not when people leave, get hired, day-to-day, etc. Favoritism runs rapid...and job titles are just given to people totally unqualified to keep or appease them. People with 5 yrs of experience are account sups then others w/12+ years of experience are as well. People with 8 yrs of experience are somehow sr. Account Directors and other people are 20 yrs experience and only at a director level. Clear they have no idea how to structure employee levels here. Lots of closed door meetings and uncomfortable atmosphere almost 24/7. It's very apparent upper management is so busy worrying about their fate and position with the company they dont care about anyone below them. Losing talented mid & upper level employees ten fold to other agencies and management claims "its normal". Almost entire departments have been decimated in the past 6-9 months. Clients are leaving hand over foot and the company has no idea what their identity is now that they are owned by Quad.
