Pros

Pay is good, only to conceal a noticeable gap between executives Little to no thinking involved, so if you like doing what executives say you can reap great rewards. Education means nothing to no one, so if you think a degree means nothing then you can support that hypothesis by giving these guys a try Bundled tight in cultural hubs so in the right department and in the right position you can feel important more times than less. Peer to Peer interaction is great before executive intervention Start-up environment which leaves it open to little accountability, but that’s good if you like to point the finger Learning opportunity for those new to the work force or has not developed professionally enough yet to no any better Unorganized enough to not take on too much fault for errors Commission drives most departments and you could take home a good pay, if you finesse well enough. Economy is allowing this unsustainable business model to thrive so short term high earnings can be great for you. Learn and get promoted easily to senior status, so you can make a noteworthy jump to a better company and argue a good salary and title! You can do your job well or bad, it’s impossible to determine left from right

Cons

The snacks are gone before Friday The company may be sold before you can good understanding of what you actually do. Senior management pretend to care are enough so hiring friends or family to keep you there and inflate lower retention is not a full proof long term plan by any means You actually work on Friday's and holidays ,but HR don’t bend the rules enough to conceal overly pressured staff so it gets harder to do less Being smart is cool unless you make wrong ego feel less smart Tech team is still learning tech so can’t hold them too accountable Human Resources is fully staffed now and they are not quite diverse so be careful

Pros

Beyond Finance truly stands behind its leadership team and agents. There is a strong support system in place, and upper management genuinely listens to feedback and provides resources necessary for us to succeed. Whether an employee or client opportunity... one doesn't outweigh the other and are both equally important here at Beyond. The collaborative environment makes it incredibly rewarding to coach and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and hit their performance goals.

Cons

None at the moment as this is a great company that encourages career and opportunity growth!

Pros

Despite having minimal education and experience, this position at Beyond Finance has allowed me to work a remote job with considerable pay and benefits. The work itself is super chill and management is nice enough. If you’re looking for a temporary remote job and don’t need to be here long, this might be for you. You really have to take the good with the bad here haha.

Cons

No job security. My class started with 40 and we are down to 4 now a year in. The metrics make sense at first glance until you realize a lot of it comes down to luck. Since I’ve been there, multiple changes have been made which directly and obviously make hitting goals more difficult, but the goals remain unadjusted. Each month, management allows a curve to assist with this, but the curve is random and contributes to the feeling being at the mercy of luck. If a curve is needed every single month, why not just openly adjust goals to be more reasonable? I feel as though I am “succeeding” in spite of management, not because of any support. Additionally, the service this company offers is a scam. It’s a little uncomfortable when everyone is talking about how prideful they are of the work they do for this company when you know deep down you are ruining peoples lives financially.
