Great job if you are in college. You have the option to work during the summer, The kids and parents were great. Definitely a fun job!

The job is easy work if you commit to the program and it's a good part-time position with steady hours.

The over-managed environment can feel like you are under a microscope at all times. There are many shifts that the employees go through including week to week site changes, unexpected class rotations, and shifting worker numbers, which lead to oversize mixed-aged classes.
