      Pros

      Great job if you are in college. You have the option to work during the summer, The kids and parents were great. Definitely a fun job!

      Rewarding work especially if you like working with kids!

      Cons

      Not much support from management, requests for resources would be filled 1-2 months later, the manager for the collection of schools I was at was unable to visit every school semi-weekly, this was due to staffing shortage that I don’t know if it was till the case.
