Pros

Having spent 4 years at Beyonk, I’ve seen the company evolve significantly. One of the biggest strengths is the people, there’s a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture, and you get to work with smart, driven individuals who care about what they’re building. The company operates in an interesting niche (experiences and travel tech), which means the work is varied and often quite creative compared to more traditional SaaS businesses. There is also a good level of ownership; if you’re proactive, you can have a real impact on product and direction rather than just executing tasks and managing clients. Flexibility and trust are also strong points. There’s an understanding that people work differently, and autonomy is generally respected.

Cons

Like many growing companies, processes and priorities can shift quickly, which can be challenging, but it keeps it interesting.

Pros

Beyonk is an incredible place to work. The culture is human-centric, the people are amazing, and leadership is supportive and knowledgeable. They truly care about employee wellbeing and create a positive, empowering environment.

Cons

They are still breaking into the US market but you could also see this as a pro as it means a large open market to prospect into.

Pros

Beyonk has a really strong sense of community—you genuinely feel like you're part of a team that supports each other. There’s a lot of room for collaboration, brainstorming, and contributing to growth initiatives, which makes the work feel engaging and meaningful. I’ve always felt comfortable speaking up and sharing ideas, which isn’t something every company fosters. Also, the travel opportunities are a fun perk and a great way to connect with colleagues in person.

Cons

Like many newer companies, Beyonk can feel a bit unorganized at times. Processes aren’t always clearly defined, which can lead to some confusion—especially around things like travel expenses and reimbursements. There are also one or two members of leadership who can come across as a bit overbearing, though it’s not a widespread issue, and there is ALWAYS someone who wants to assist if there ever is an issues (you just need to speak up!).
