Pros
- I enjoy Biano's vision, which doesn't start and end with a simple product marketplace, but is full of modern technology and a desire to build a truly unique product for people around the world. - I really appreciate working with people who are as passionate as I am - wanting to build a great product, coming up with new ideas, learning new things and communicating with each other about what could be done next. - Your position is not a limit, you always have the opportunity to quickly advance your own skills and responsibilities. (I don't necessarily mean rapid changes of position, but a greater impact on the company's results, its image and product. ) - I enjoy an environment where people aren't afraid to speak their minds openly or give you feedback that isn't meant personally. It's always directed at a specific situation or work that can be done better next time to make the company a little better again. (And when I mean open, I mean face-to-face). - Close relationship with the CEO, who is always willing to take the time to talk to you, listen to your ideas or just talk about your hobbies.
Cons
- The level of teams varies a lot depending on the quality of their manager. It seems to me that it has improved a lot in the last year, but there are still disproportions. I write the following two points in the cons because I have historically experienced many people who could not handle them. Personally, though, I am very comfortable with them: - People who need to clearly define work and lead from task to task are never very happy in a company. Management offers people quite a lot of opportunity to innovate and come up with their own ideas, but that doesn't suit all people. - The environment is fast-paced (changing projects, priorities, ways to achieve results), sometimes it is difficult for people to adapt quickly. Often the company outgrows them.
