- The level of teams varies a lot depending on the quality of their manager. It seems to me that it has improved a lot in the last year, but there are still disproportions.
I write the following two points in the cons because I have historically experienced many people who could not handle them. Personally, though, I am very comfortable with them:
- People who need to clearly define work and lead from task to task are never very happy in a company. Management offers people quite a lot of opportunity to innovate and come up with their own ideas, but that doesn't suit all people.
- The environment is fast-paced (changing projects, priorities, ways to achieve results), sometimes it is difficult for people to adapt quickly. Often the company outgrows them.
