Pros

Honestly, none. Unless you'd like to work for a company that fakes a healthy culture, benefits and salaries to get talented people through the door. Or if you're looking to join a company that laid off half of their employees from one day to the other or else they would have had to shut everything down.

Cons

They really know how to fake it! Will make this place feel like the most amazing place you've ever worked for until they don't need you anymore. They make it seem like they have this amazing culture where they value and care for their employees so much, but they will not stand by that when the hard times come around. They kept gradually letting go of people and hiding the reasons by saying that the role "was not relevant anymore." Until half of the company was laid off from one afternoon to the next morning, no notice, no humanity or empathy when delivering the awful news. The severity of the situation was never even mentioned during any of the company weekly meetings. I continuously met targets and worked hard to bring revenue to the company, this was not taken into account when they picked and chose who to let go of. HR said that if they hadn't done this, the company would have had to completely shut down by September 2023, doesn't sound like a workplace I'd like to be part of. Made sense to later hear that the head of people had jumped ship after the lay offs! All the leadership roles are filled with the CEO's besties, mostly men who will just hire their other guy friends and give them a sense of autonomy over other female coworkers that actually have their same job title. The worst part is that the product itself is literally crap, like something that was built years ago and in my time at the company I saw no improvement of this.
