Engineers work on real-world scale problems in the energy domain rather than routine maintenance work. Leadership is approachable, and teams are extremely collaborative and helpful.

      Cons

      Many processes and systems are changing internally now to scale up the company, that can sometimes cause to shift wor priorities.
