      Strong engineering culture with ownership from day one. Modern tech stack across cloud, data, AI/ML, and distributed systems. Engineers work on real-world scale problems in the energy domain rather than routine maintenance work. Leadership is approachable, and teams are extremely collaborative and helpful.

      Cons

      Work mode would have been hybrid.
