Pros

People, snacks, benefits: okay but not great

Cons

The "culture" is sentimental from days when it might have still existed and now is just a disorganized long established company that acts like a start up in bad ways. They used to build cool stuff but it's all social media now. Brooklyn ad bros who think they're woke low key sexism atmosphere. Core is mostly people who seem to work maybe 35 hours a week for big salaries while the rest work for a lot less but are expected to put in far more than 40 hours per week whenever it's needed. CEO is not a good person.

Pros

Healthiest internal culture among coworkers and peers I’ve experienced at an advertising agency. The people on the frontline are genuinely friendly, supportive, collaborative, and very talented.

Cons

- The agency was previously independent and is now part of a larger network, which has shifted priorities and ways of working. (We know what happens next) - Leadership prioritize financial performance and efficiency over employees and creative ambition, which impact morale and the quality of work negatively. - Ongoing/never ending periods of organizational change and restructuring have created instability and high turnover. - The advertising industry is dying, and this agency is in a particularly challenging position to navigate that environment and come out on top.
