I love working at Big Wave Digital and have done so for nearly 10 years now. I think we are absolutely different from all of our competitors on quite a few levels. Trust - we have absolute trust and belief in all of our staff , from Intern to MD , all our staff are accountable and thrive on that responsibility. Respect - we demand respect both with our , clients our candidates and everyone working at Big Wave Digital . Flexibility - it's never been about 9-5pm or 8-6pm it's about productivity and results. Smarts - we are SUPER passionate about Digital & Tech and as a function of this we get it ! Loyalty - we have 4 staff members who have been with Big Wave Digital for more than 9 years + Comms - we look after our staff and reward high performance well. Fun - we have fun in what we do , always striving to be the best of the best in our area ! Results - we are a high performance team that gets results .

Because we work 3 to 4 days in the office and the other 1 to 2 from home we don't do staff drinks on Fridays ! In saying that we often go for nice lunches together so that sort of makes up for it. Big Wave Digital is quite unique and probably not for everyone, if you want to work in a flexible, high performance , no kpi driven environment - you know where we are.

Big Wave Digital is an innovative company. They try to use innovative tactics to improve their digital marketing strategy. I really like this as, while they want to send out informative and fun information. I definitely learned a lot on digital marketing front. They also work hard for the companies that they recruit for and I think it is great to work in such a passionate and creative environment. I think as a young adult it is sometimes difficult to find motivation for work. In here I don't feel like going to work. I want to be there and learn more and they they make it so great to work here. With for instance Honey the dog or just fun coffee breaks and lunches. Also the positive energy and motivation that the other employees have works inspiring for me and makes me want to work harder.

Flat structure, small company so opportunities to change positions is harder.
