There is so much to get done, you're going to work a lot of hours

Here's the deal about working here, it's just like any other job, you get what you put into it and as long as you can effectively communicate any issues you may have you will get along fine. The management offers many opportunities here for you to grow, stretch and explore different interests if you vocalize it. I would have to say that is one of the most compelling reasons to work here. But it's just like any other work place, the skills you develop while you're at work are based on what you decide to put into it more than what the management brings to you.

It's not Apple, or Google, although one day it could be. You may be asked to work different roles as the company pivots or changes and you have to be okay with that change. If you aren't then you shouldn't try and work at any startup.
