      Pros

      Really nice people work here. Hybrid schedule, free health insurance and lots of days off.

      Cons

      The product doesnt perform very well compared to competition as the space has gotten more crowded. As a result quota attainment across the org trends very low. Very difficult and rare to hit full quota/OTE as a rep due to product limitations, average deal size, and comp plan structure.

      BigTime allows for growth and for you to make an impact. Good work-life balance.

      Frequent lay-offs in recent history. Product instability plagued all customer facing teams.
