Coming from an acquisition I was a bit nervous but the Bigtincan team was very welcoming and quickly found a place for me on a stellar sales team.
1. My manager always makes time for me as I work through my deals.
2. My team is collaborative and helped accelerate my onboarding by letting me ride shotgun on some of their deals.
3. A dedicated sales enablement team upskills me on product knowledge, messaging, roadmap and strategy.
4. Access to all levels of leadership.
Cons
Slightly different deal cycle and renewal process than the company I came from which took some getting used to but was a non-issue.
