Cons
The accelerated growth could be seen as a negative for some. If you're not used to or don't enjoy fast paced work with a high learning curve, this may not be the company for you. This is a job you absolutely have to work at to be successful. You will continue to be challenged day in and day out - across all positions - and begin to realize how much your work impacts the business. This is a good thing for most, but others out there again may not be as interested.
