Not those talk with no action +ve: Remote work provides flexibility, focus on productivity/outcome not clocking hours +ve: Flat structure. Even an intern can make big impact here

-ve: Pressure often cascade down from top-down caused by certain events that affect users -ve: SG benefits not the best, but remote is already a big W
