-company rains money on you -management are quite tolerable on your mistakes -management listens to your concern and makes an effort to drive change and improve
Cons
-expected to work during weekends/PH and even when you're unwell -internal processes are not well established which causes confusion easily -data is a mess to work with and it's very much manual
