Great minds and kind, professional people work at BR. Company culture, in general, is good. Beautiful campus, and great employee events.

There's lack of accountability on many levels. Lack of processes, policies, and knowledge lost to layoffs, and talent walking out the door for better opportunities. Top heavy organization, with many leaders and not enough staff to do the work. Leadership seems to be only focusing on numbers but not the people who make the business successful. Promotions are seldom. Many leaders lack leadership skills. Senior management often seem oblivious of real issues and needs. No longer a family friendly environment.
