Fake “we’re so-laid-back” culture - really just racist rednecks and good ‘ol boys - Sales BioCryst Pharmaceuticals Employee Review

Old-boy network; if management knew you from “prior life” you are held to different/lower standards than other employees. Unfortunately management did not adjust IC/goals to account for severely restricted access during pandemic shutdown - multiple individuals put on a PIP & terminated for unrealistic goals. Virtually no women in upper management, and pathetic few on the BoD.
