      New leadership has been a breath of fresh air. Psychological safety improving and people are allowed to be people under the new leadership. The addition of James Sabry is a great signal and the M&A deals show positive momentum.

      Horrible culture. People are not free to share opinions or speak freely. No one trusts anyone. No phycological safety. Many managers, but no leadership. Awful culture.
