Blameshift runs rampant as management looks to cover their rear ends as FDA violations run rampant throughout the organization/disorganization. Don't trust anyone here. Management are bullies who have no idea what high performing employees are contributing to the organization. This is mostly based on favortism as opposed to the free flow of ideas that could actually lead to better solutions. If you challenge the organization you will be blackballed and pushed out of the orgranization.
