Pros

The only pro is office is in a great location in Holborn I believe the pay to be above average, but you have no job security as you're not perm.

Cons

The company exploits the use of 'contractors' (who aren't really contractors) and temporary workers, but still expecting the work of permanent employees. They get lots of workers in via a 3rd party temping agency, but you are treated and expected to work as a perm full time employee. They use this system so they are able to let you go whenever they want without or explanation. Due to the above there is zero company culture as there is a very 'us and them' atmosphere between different groups of staff. The company spends a FORTUNE on international travel, with some managers flying to the US, first class, multiple times a month. The amount some employees spent on travel a year was truly unbelievable. Also because of this, most employees spend months without seeing their teams or managers. If people do not perform there is no conversation around improvements, they are paid off to leave.

Pros

Work/Life balance is amazing, tons of professional coworkers with relevant experience, lots of job perks and benefits.

Cons

Unsure of the future of the company, leadership team is all over the place with 5-year lookaheads.

Pros

New leadership has been a breath of fresh air. Psychological safety improving and people are allowed to be people under the new leadership. The addition of James Sabry is a great signal and the M&A deals show positive momentum.

Cons

Need a more robust pipeline.
