-No Career Advancement especially if your manager doesn't support or SEE you, no matter how hard you work. Therefore this is an OK place to start out but no room for growth. -Diversity isn't truly celebrated. It's all the talk for publicity but not the walk. Scary thing is diverse employees keep resigning every month. -Lack of respect to employees; employees are not treated equally and fairly. -As new employees, it's best to stay under the radar. Do our job and go home. -Management doesn't care about the employees. They pretend to care, only do what's best for the company brand and not the people. -Too many tasks with little resources and management never understands this. -HR/People and Culture dept needs a real makeover
