great coworkers, decent pay, nice bonuses.
Cons
No clear focus on restructuring. Clueless upper management. In the name of cost savings people in critical roles with extensive historical knowledge and carrying the workload of 2-3 people were let go while newbies with no work ethic remain. Scientists and Med Directors are now expected to handle the business end while working on new targets. #SAD
