- in the early days really exciting amount of development opportunities for new ideas - everyone was in full belief of our mission to connect people with nature - leaders were true believers and role models for the workers - international collaboration and travel - opportunities to showcase the mission yourself at trade shows and public events - learn about developing a product from beginning to end

- founders completely imploded and split up and the effects rain down upon the true contributors - CEO went from inspiring, a believer and someone we all trusted to someone lifeless and willing to do anything to profit (including firing many people due to personal differences, not performance) - all new ideas and goals were replaced with bogus corporate-style goals and false positivity - culture went from great and vibrant to fearful and quiet - they want talent but aren’t willing to pay for it - communication became absolutely awful - micromanaging by founders

The product itself is amazing, a great idea to connect the end customer with the nature. Good compensation. Nice office spaces

While the company markets itself as a modern startup, the internal culture suffers from severe management and HR failures. There is a toxic underlying atmosphere where burnout and overwork are rebranded as "hard work." Most concerningly, leadership fails to maintain a safe working environment. Serious complaints regarding harassment and workplace misconduct are routinely ignored or swept under the rug, often resulting in the departure of affected employees while perpetrators face no accountability. It functions as a high-turnover environment where staff are exhausted and easily replaced.
