      Pros

      Ideas are always appreciated and heard, collaboration is welcomed as well as taking the lead on tasks, senior management is very responsive and willing to listen/help

      Cons

      You should expect to be "on-call" throughout the day. Even though it is a remote job, the expectation is that you're available from 9-5.

      Small but supportive team, you could always get great support and feedback from other team members when needed.

      Pros

      Communication, access to CEO, work environment, 100% remote, the feeling of being a team even though we're remote.

      Cons

      Hours are 9-5 unlike some remote jobs that are more flexible as long as work gets done. It's taken getting used to, but it's not really a con.
