      -Management earns the same commission as sales associates, so they can keep the better online appointments for themselves. -Online order commissions are often split or reassigned by management, -Very outdated POS and inventory systems. -Not enough proper tools, so a lot of time is wasted on unnecessary admin work. -Endless repairs

      Great team Corporate environment with lots of room for growth Never have to deal with clients face to face - phone only Have direct guidance from upper level management and colleagues

      Pros

      Overall a good company to work for. Good benifits, fair compensation and decent quality of life benefits like vacation, personal time, stock option etc..

      Cons

      The commission structure was always being changed. A very nepotistic environment, if you underperformed and were in the right crowd you were untouchable regardless. Unable to be competitive with product pricing was a frequent issue.
