beautiful products and opportunity to gain sales experience in fine jewellery retail.

Cons

Management lacked professionalism and employee support. HR did not appear responsive to employee concerns, and there was a noticeable culture of favoritism within the workplace. At times, the environment also felt unfair and lacking in inclusivity and respect toward all employees. The workload and expectations were high compared to the compensation offered, which created a stressful and discouraging work atmosphere. Overall, employees often felt undervalued and unsupported.
