Company have worked hard to pivot away from the previous not-so-friendly environment and the vibe feels pretty good in everyday work environments across different departments. Employees are constantly collaborating on multiple fronts and everyone is basically pretty competent with lots of logical assessments and forward-thinking being implemented in the company's short to long-term strategies.
Cons
Expect some overtime as the company has many employees working across very different timezones.
