First get asure thd technical skills then recruit a candidate.. after join they do technichal test and all.which they can do in interview process only... after joined they blindly fired a candidate without knowing the technical knoledge or what he or she can do for a project.. atleast give some task then you can decide..but blindly they fire. Just very bad service and management.

Dont play of candidates career
