      - So far, I haven’t encountered any major issues. - The workload is quite manageable, especially for experienced staff.

      All team are useless. Even stones got it purpose. HR that are slow to action. Team Lead that are constantly changing SOP. Management always decided to terminate staff blindly. Expected to be working long hours. Go home ontime = you are not working enough. For those who wanted work life balance. Here we only have work and not life balance. Avoid it please.
