Pros
The other developers, designers, and testers were some of the best people I've ever worked with, and I was exposed to lots of different projects and technologies. The salary was higher than the industry average (but see cons).
Cons
The company is terribly managed. Late paychecks are a common occurrence. There are no regular meetings with your manager (if you even know who that is), and no professional development plans or processes. A 401k has long been promised, but was never delivered.
