Pros
Awesome teammates, fun and high-quality training and teambuilding, good benefits, nice lunch room
Cons
The work itself consisted of phone calls and dealing with the general public, but that's not much of a con. They were inbound calls, so there's no cold calling random people who don't want to talk to you--plus I talked to lots of interesting people and helped them out.
This is not my personal experience, but I knew someone there with a vision disability and she said her manager failed to understand and make simple accommodations for her when she needed them. My manager was great though.
