Pros

Free Snacks, food and coffee. Lots of cool and fun events going on. Company arranges great parties for everyone. Great employee benefits and recognition schemes. Modern and clean work spaces. Nice diversity of employees from different backgrounds. Competitive salaries. Working with fellow peers who are equally friendly. Many friendly colleagues and managers happy to help, answer questions and provide support. Good experience for chosen career path. 95% of employees are kind, good-natured people always happy to talk, help and support others.

Cons

Quick to throw out the baby and KEEP the bathwater; High rate of employee turnover. There is no sweet sorrow when you leave, they'll slam the door behind you when you leave, shout "good riddance" and then proceed to bad mouth you to ex-colleagues. SOME Line managers work employees into the ground, take credit for others work and cream off the easiest workload for themselves. I have seen line managers use 50% of their work day away trying to convince directors and execs to get rid of junior employees. Ambitious and arrogant individuals are allowed to humiliate, denigrate and abuse their team members and colleagues in order to progress their own goals. Sales staff are embarrassed with round robin emails detailing their poor performance. 5% of employees are sociopathic, psychopathic and Kevin Spacey wannabee's.

Pros

I see a lot of positive change. Over the last few years we have a whole new line up of leaders. They are pushing out people who can't keep pace and who don't want to be here. The culture has changed where people can't slack off anymore and stay. I am ok with this because the people around me are all pulling their weight.

Cons

We need the peer recognition program back.

Pros

Talented and supportive peers across teams, with opportunities to collaborate with capable professionals. Occasional perks such as catered meals and team events.

Cons

Management culture can feel unpredictable, with job security often uncertain. There have been instances where employees with strong performance histories, including those who had recently received positive feedback or recognition, were exited without prior warning or a formal PIP, raising concerns about the consistency and transparency of performance management practices. Promotion criteria are not always clearly tied to demonstrated results. Advancement can favor visibility and polished self-presentation over consistent execution and delivery, which undermines confidence in the organization’s meritocracy. Confidentiality of employee surveys is not always perceived as reliable. When feedback appears traceable to individuals, it discourages candid input and limits the effectiveness of these channels.
