Great company bad lower management - Administrative Assistant BlackRock Employee Review

Junior level staff can be quite arrogant. Executive assistants that manage other assistants tend to be jealous and not very good Managers. Instead of appreciating a hard worker they try to discredit in fear of losing their job to them. Shameful. Reason for low score.
