Dynamic company, great access to some very clever minds great name on your CV and improves your marketability when you eventually decide to leave or are asked to leave due to yet another restructure
Cons
As with any large organisation, the more senior you get, the more office politics you have to deal with. Most dept heads are very poor people managers Constant rhetoric around values feels like propaganda - not as diverse as claimed very NY centric
