No work/life balance,
overtime is expected but not paid,
manual work,
horrible management:the management checks on you when you are working from home if you are really online,
the management checks how many minutes you spend on lunch and coffee break, they promote team members to TL level without any management skills,
the local management and from abroad they speak to team members if we were like dogs or slaves - no respect at all
no flexible working hours,
no flexible time off,
salary is low, no salary increase.
Overall please avoid this workplace, I have never felt so miserable in my life like when I worked there. At the interview they say all the nice things about flexibility and how good they are, but nothing came true. They fire people without explanations.
