Pros
I really wish there was a pro for me to feel good and stay.
Cons
- Availing office cab is almost compulsory with no component of transport in compensation. The office location is not properly linked with public transport. No facility to park your own vehicle. The office cab facility is very poor. We are made to sit in dirty cabs n packed full with sticking to each other. literally. - No option for food apart from they canteen food. Canteen food is gross! maida rotis and all. - Seats are non adjustable reclining, which means you actually cant have back rest. I have started having back aches so often. - Office is not centrally AC, individual AC above head with cold air on head. I have had cold and they refuse to turn it off. 'office policy'. - Medical policy they provide doesn't have outbound patient coverage, which means you wont be given a penny unless you are hospitalized. Hospitalization refund policy is also very lame and doesnt cover you completely. - You would not know whom to raise your concerns with. No HRs responsibility or any other system. - Feedback are taken occasionally but not seen or implemented. - You get promotion for being managers per and not on your work - Promotion and review policy are highly subjective, no parameters as such. everything is accounted. and what is that everything is subjective. so no one can question a poor review or get to know where they lack and need improvement. - Salary is not good and specially increments are very very low. small single digit numbers. - All in all nothing good. I was even duped by giving wrong job role. - Dead culture and environment - last, you might be duped by internal movement policy. but that needs strong chaprusi of allmost everyone and losing you self esteem.
