Pros
If you are focused and ambitious, its one of the best places to work in BlackRock. The benefits are very good; you need to stand out though with your good work each time though; mediocre performance will not do. I liked the company culture; its motivating for employees and aptly aggressive for this market.
Cons
You are not aware of what's going on much; unless you try to find out. Barring this; its a good place to grow.
