Pros
You'll get beefy projects that are important right from the start. They don't mess around and give you trivial work. The pros of this is obvious: you won't be bored, you'll have opportunities to learn and grow,, and you'll make a pretty good amount right after college.
Cons
The downside of course is that you'll often work long hours. People are expected to come in at 8:30 (others are 7:30 AM), and expected to work until 7 PM.
