Salaries at par with industry standards. Not good or bad. They do their homework before quoting your salary. All departments are inter connected in some way or the other!
Cons
Your progression heavily dependent on your team/department and how good of a bum licker are you rather than your performance. You should be very good with survival tactics, again depending on your department. Very poorly structured training and mentoring. Working hours. There's a huge gap in functioning and conduct of different departments, specially newer and less important departments (non-revenue generating) are far less structured.
